General CV Planning Board Information

This page displays CV Planning Board info, but is not part of the Planning Board. It is run by a long-time community resident (Ken Farinsky - ken@cvsd.com) who writes all the posts and enters all the information without cost to the planning board. Note from Ken: I work hard to ensure that no opinions are posted on the planning board page of the CVSD.com site. However, the rest of the site contains content that may include opinions of the author.

The Carmel Valley Community Planning Board (CVCPB) is a group of elected volunteers who meet monthly to review and to evaluate proposed development plans and issues affecting the entire Carmel Valley and Pacific Highlands Ranch (PHR) communities.
